Classes for existing clients are now available online via Zoom.

Buy a Pass for the week starting 21/09/20 for £19 and attend as many sessions you would like (no booking required) or select and buy sessions individually.
Please note: passes expire on Friday night.

New client sign-up

Book a free 1-to-1 introductory session. This will last up to an hour and will take place via Zoom. It will cover the basics of how I operate plus we'll do a quick assessment of your flexibilty, strengths, weaknesses etc. and go over the terminology I use.
